Launch-list information
When you join the EvidentSignal launch list, we store your email address, the consent wording version, the signup source, and consent timestamps. The launch form does not store your full IP address, browsing history, search text, payment information, or Bitcoin information.
How we use it
We use the launch list to send product availability, early-access, and important launch updates. We do not sell personal information. Service providers receive only the information required to host the list or deliver messages.
Your choice
Joining the list is optional. You may withdraw consent, request a copy, correct your email, or request deletion by writing from the subscribed address to support@evidentsignal.com. Every production marketing message will include an unsubscribe method.
Retention and security
Launch-list records are retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the list is no longer needed. Access is restricted to EvidentSignal administrators. Operational backups expire through their normal rotation.
Product privacy
The released application will provide additional disclosures covering accounts, desktop licensing, offline synchronization, product analytics, billing, retention, and deletion before those features collect information.
