Launch-list information
When you join the EvidentSignal launch list, we store your email address, the consent wording version, the signup source, and consent timestamps. The launch form does not store your full IP address, browsing history, search text, payment information, or Bitcoin information.
Support-request information
When you submit a support request, we store the ticket number, email address, optional name, help topic, platform, optional product version, subject, message, status, consent version, source, and timestamps. The support form does not request or intentionally collect passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys, full API secrets, or complete payment-card numbers.
Website analytics
With your optional permission, the public website loads Google Analytics property G-J1QLGXHKQV to measure page visits and non-sensitive actions such as installer download clicks, launch-list completion, checkout interest, and support-request completion. Consented installer clicks are also counted in our first-party admin analytics. Downloads measure clicks on available installer links rather than completed file transfers. Verified Stripe subscription and invoice records are reported in our own administrator billing analytics. Analytics is not loaded when you select “No thanks.” Query strings are excluded from the page location sent by our configuration. Public campaign labels (source, medium, campaign name, campaign ID, and content label) may be sent separately to identify which shared links bring visitors. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled, and EvidentSignal does not place form entries, email addresses, support messages, ticket numbers, wallet information, payment credentials, or search text in analytics events. Google may process device, browser, referrer, approximate-location, and network information to provide the analytics service under its own terms.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time.
How we use it
We use the launch list to send product availability, early-access, and important launch updates. We use support-request information to diagnose the issue, reply to the customer, administer licenses or billing when requested, protect the service, and maintain a customer-service record. We do not sell personal information. Service providers receive only the information required to host the list, manage support, or deliver messages.
Your choice
Joining the list is optional. You may withdraw consent, request a copy, correct your email, or request deletion by writing from the subscribed address to support@evidentsignal.com. Every production marketing message will include an unsubscribe method.
Retention and security
Launch-list records are retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the list is no longer needed. Support records are retained while the request is active and afterward only as needed for customer service, security, legal, and accounting obligations. Access is restricted to authorized EvidentSignal administrators. Operational backups expire through their normal rotation.
Product privacy
The released application will provide additional disclosures covering accounts, desktop licensing, offline synchronization, product analytics, billing, retention, and deletion before those features collect information.
